Raza applies 100% Customer Satisfaction policy, but we understand that there are times when product do not fit as expected, or mistake happens when ordering goods. So, we want our return policy to be as simple, and transparent, as buying from as is.
If you are wanting to return a product, then please note we will only accept returns if the product is in ‘brand new’ condition. This means that the product has not been worn, used, washed or damaged, with original labels still attached.
If you wish to solely have a refund, please get in touch via the contact us page and we’ll let you know where to send the parcels.
Once we receive the product, a refund will be issued minus postage cost.
Our returns and exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
At this point, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card, or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Also, please note if you receive a refund, the cost of the postage will be deducted from your refund.
